It would be helpful if the tasks could be recurring as there are items that each Committee has to complete on a yearly basis. For example, every January new signers on bank accounts have to be approved. Perhaps this could be connected to votes rather than minutes? Or, in addition to minutes?

Include some of the feature values from products such as Trello. (Progress stages, visibility, deadlines, assignees, categories, etc)
