Feature Requests

When using discussions, we are often discussing documents. If revisions are made and we want to reply with those revisions, we have to link to the document or start a new discussion. having the ability to attach a file when replying in a thread would be helpful.

It would be really nice to have a calendar function that is included in the main menu on the left side of the portal, especially if that could be integrated with an outlook or google calendar.

Hi there, our board just met this past weekend and many trustees asked me to request a mobile app version of the website. They love BoardSpot but would find it even easier and more functional if they could use it on their phones.

Allow any user to connect their BoardSpot meetings to their google calendar. Meetings will be automatically synced to the Google Calendar, and allow for RSVPs to be sent from the calendar.

Includes Office 365, Outlook.com , live.com , or hotmail calendar

Currently just the meeting ID shows and you have to click into details to see the passcode. It would be nice to have the passcode show (which then would also show on the agenda/board packet/etc.).

Setting where Org Admin can override individual calendar syncs when choosing the Org email default calendar integration.
